Putin to Attend CIS and Caspian Summits in Turkmenistan

Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to visit Turkmenistan for a two-day working engagement, where he will attend the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit and the Caspian Environmental Summit.
